At this safety meeting, we learned that hard hats have a life span of roughly 4 years. That is, perhaps, if you use your hard hat daily. Mine gets used about a month total out of a year. Most of the time, it's in the back of the Jeep, along with my safety vest. It just makes sense to keep it in the car.Rodney had to get a new hard hat because his old one had paint on it and that's not allowed by OSHA. So, he happily trotted off to the store. After purchasing a nice hat, he turned it over to insert the liner and saw the above inspection sticker.
Someone has a sense of humor.
